Designed for use with soft sided pools, The Intex LED pool lights are a simple and easy to use solution. The two piece design of this unit makes installation a snap. The strong magnetic component is held against the outside of the pool and the light is submerged into the pool and held firmly in place by the magnet. Reviews for the Intex LED pool light were overwhelmingly positive! 98 percent of reviewers rated this soft sided pool light as a 5 star purchase! Most were very pleasantly surprised by the light output the LED’s provided. A couple reviewers thought they may need 2 units to sufficiently light their pools but once they hooked this unit up they changed their minds. A common thread thoughout all the reviews was how easy this unit was to set up and operate.

The one negative comment was from a pool owner who bought this for a hard sided pool and he was angry it wouldn’t work. So this light is made specifically for soft sided pools – if you have a hard sided above ground pool check out some of our other swimming pool lighting designed for those types of pools.
